Quick Rescue Belt: Recall Notice and Apology

Thank you for your continued support of finetrack products.
We have found that some production lots of the Quick Rescue Belt have a main buckle that does not meet our specifications. If the belt is used in this condition, the buckle may not close, making the belt impossible to wear, or it may come undone during use, causing the belt, and any rope bag or other gear attached to it, to fall.
We are therefore recalling the affected products for inspection and free replacement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you own an affected product, please stop using it immediately and return it to us as described below.

Products are affected only if they carry one of the lot numbers below and show the defect described below.

The lot number is the 8-digit number printed on the product's quality label.
How to find the lot number
The defect
The webbing was attached to the main buckle incorrectly. Because of this, continued use may cause the following:
- The buckle will not close, so the belt cannot be worn.
- The buckle comes undone and the belt falls off, along with any rope bag or other gear attached to it.
How to tell a defective product from a non-defective one
Products not affected
Products from the lots above whose quality label bears the 「検」 (inspected) stamp have been confirmed to be free of the defect. You do not need to return them and may continue to use them.
How to Return Your Product
Please contact our customer service team at finetrack@lingble.com. We will provide instructions for sending us the affected product and will send you a replacement. finetrack will cover all costs, including shipping.
If your product is from an affected lot but you are not sure whether it is defective, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to check it for you.
