The Sylpha Pants are designed around a simple idea: let the wind flow through. By maximizing airflow while maintaining the durability needed for mountain use, they help release heat and moisture as you move, keeping you comfortable from lowland summer hikes to alpine terrain.

[Built for Breathability]

The pants use a highly breathable proprietary fabric that allows air to pass easily through the material. In fact, airflow is about three times higher than the Kamino Pants, making them the most breathable pants in the finetrack lineup (air permeability: JIS L 1096 A method).

This exceptional breathability allows heat to escape from inside the pants, helping keep you comfortable during hot and humid summer hikes.

[A Dry Feel That Won’t Stick]

The textured dry-touch fabric helps prevent the pants from sticking to your skin when you sweat. Combined with the airflow of the fabric, it helps maintain a light and comfortable feel even during long hours on the trail.

[LINKVENT®: Ventilation That Works as You Walk]

Additional ventilation comes from LINKVENT® openings at the thighs.

These large mesh vents allow air to move easily through the pants. As you walk, your movement naturally pulls fresh air inside and pushes warm air out, helping release built-up heat and humidity.

[Ultralight, Yet Ready for the Mountains]

The Sylpha Pants use an ultra-thin fabric made with 66 nylon, delivering exceptional airflow while keeping the weight low.

Despite their ultralight construction, the fabric still provides the strength required for mountain terrain. It’s designed to handle the realities of trekking, including abrasion from rocks and occasional contact with brush, while maintaining the breathability that keeps you cool.

[Durable Water Repellent Protection]

The fabric is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that maintains a performance rating of 80 points even after 100 washes.

This helps the pants shed light rain or morning dew, making them reliable even when conditions change.

[Stretch That Moves With You]

The fabric stretches in both vertical and horizontal directions, allowing the pants to move naturally with your body. Paired with the ultralight construction, it helps reduce strain and friction as you hike. The result is less fatigue and more energy left for the trail ahead.

Articulated knees help support larger movements, while the buckle-style waist adjustment makes it easy to dial in the fit.

[Practical Storage for the Trail]

Two zippered hand pockets keep small essentials secure while you’re moving.

Inside the right pocket, a coin pocket and key loop help organize smaller items. There’s also a zippered pocket on the right hip, perfect for valuables you want to keep secure during activity.
